I have nothing but great things to say about Vitality Health and Wellness. First I will start out by saying I have chronic back pain and using the cryo therapy is so beneficial for me. It helps with my pain but also helps me to feel more mobile. In addition to the cryo they have so many other options to focus on your health and well being. Both saunas are so nice and super hot! In addition to the services the staff is the absolute best, always so helpful and happy to help you on your wellness journey! I cannot say enough great things about this business and the staff. I am very appreciative of the different membership levels, which allows for me to come in a few times a month for a price that works for my budget.

The location itself is a gem, with ample extra parking behind the building. The interior, set in a lovingly restored old house, exudes comfort and a welcoming atmosphere, making every visit a pleasure. Customer service here is exceptional, always personable and engaging. The staff is more than happy to chat about everything from cryotherapy and cold exposure to life in general, adding a warm, human touch to each visit. As a veteran cold plunger and follower of Wim Hof, I’m no stranger to the benefits of cold therapy, and Vitality’s cryotherapy experience is top-notch. The convenience of the cryo tank, as opposed to traditional cold plunging, is a game-changer, though they offer a cold plunge tank for enthusiasts. I’ve also tried the leg compression therapy, which was a relaxing experience, and felt great on my tight hamstrings. The new sauna looks inviting, and I can’t wait to try it out! The online booking system is incredibly convenient, allowing for quick in-and-out visits. I’m usually pushed for time, and I like being able to park, get a 3-minute cryo and be one my way in less 10 minutes. In terms of value, Vitality Health & Wellness is unmatched. As a first-timer to cryotherapy, I found the pricing fair, especially given the incredible feeling of rejuvenation and stress relief I experience after each session. It’s my go-to place when life gets hectic, or I need that extra boost of energy.
